To the Mayascapes Team,

As Fall is now approaching we can hardly wait for winter to be over so we can go back into our pool. We know this may be a little late but I want to let you know how well you guys did with the installation of our pool and  bringing our drawing to life.

With the installing of the large retaining walls and the installation of our pool you the team did amazing. I must admit I was nervous getting into a project of this size, but you followed through with everything from times lines to execution. Every part of the installation was completed with very capable technicians dedicated in providing a good installation for the home owners  with Mark being there every step of the way.

Knowing next to nothing about construction and the  process and having no friends that have had a pool installed , it’s a scary task trying to find the right company.  We narrowed our choices to two companies,  based on experiences and final quotes. I was very comfortable with what Mayascapes had to offer; patient and detailed with explaining the whole process.  Price was right and more than competitive. So we chose Mark and his team Mark promised us a completed date and finished in advance. I must admit I had a lot of questions during the project as I was nervous but Mark was very patient with me along the way. Mark and the crews that completed the “hands on” construction of our pool were fabulous. Everyone was approachable, happy to answer my questions, polite and always left the yard tidy by the end of the day. Even  my neighbours  are impressed on quickness, cleanliness  and quality.
