We had our pool installed this year by Mayascape Pools, and it has truly been the best decision for our family. From the very beginning, Mark made us feel comfortable and supported, and later the team continued - walking us through every step of the process and answered all our questions with patience and care. Watching our backyard transform was such an exciting experience, and the Mayascape crew made it stress-free by staying on schedule, keeping the area tidy, and paying attention to all the little details. The end result is absolutely beautiful. Our pool has become the heart of our home this summer. We’ve spent countless afternoons swimming, relaxing, and making memories with family and friends, and we know we’ll be enjoying it for years to come. I can’t say enough great things about our experience. We hired Mayascapes/Markstone for a 16x36 in ground liner pool with automatic cover and a full restoration of the property after a renovation. Construction started in mid June after a few minor delays, but once it began, it moved consistently and finished by mid late Aug. We dealt with a number of folks, Mark, Dan, Josh, Justina and Katie, all of whom were professional, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. All changes are managed through formal work orders which ensures clear communication of costs and no surprises, which we appreciated. The work crews who came worked so hard even in the hot sun, were very respectful and always left a clean and safe site. Communications were great - we got daily texts to notify if the crews were working the next day or not. The work quality is excellent and thorough. (Ie no loose ends) I saw some negative reviews from past clients but I think that may have been during the COVID pool boom and was not our experience at all. I highly recommend this company.

We recently finished our pool and landscaping project with Mayascapes and Markstone Landscaping and couldn’t be happier! The backyard looks amazing and has completely transformed our space. Like any big project there were a couple of hiccups, but everything was handled quickly and professionally. The owner, Mark, was great to work with—super knowledgeable and always made sure we felt taken care of. A big shout-out to our Project Manager, Josh who was absolutely fantastic!
